But I think I've come to realize the saying "Less is more".
Because all that beauty stopped being so beautiful when it was surrounded by much more beauty. Does that make any sense?
Yes it does, I was thinking about this when reading pages of quotes this week. The beautiful phrases are less beautiful when you have already read 15 others. Which kinda makes me sad, because I love quotes, and I want to gather all my favorites in one place, but I think I shall have to creatively spread them out.
ReplyDeleteIt is better to find them in context anyways. Just like with other beauties, the context (presentation) is just as important as the thing itself.

But when you've experienced all that clutter, you can walk down your halls and remember what all the things stand for. Idk, the things would lose significance other than having sentimental value. When one things stands alone, you can appreciate it's beauty better. But it can be pretty darn ugly too =P depends. And can be complicated. Nice background =) Looks like Chicago a little. Jesus loves you! =)
